Terms of Service

By using Vending.forsale you agree to these terms. The marketplace facilitates introductions between vending operators, sellers, brokers and location owners. We are not a party to any deal between users.

Listings & leads

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Buyers are responsible for independently verifying any opportunity before closing a transaction. Lead unlock fees are non-refundable once contact details have been revealed.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms as well as ours.

Acceptable use

No fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful listings. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
